The Central Coast Incubator is an education-focused initiative designed to support entrepreneurship at the local and regional level. We collaborate with educators, mentors, and community partners to provide structured, real-world learning experiences.

Founder and Leadership
The Central Coast Incubator was founded by Julio Castillo, a software professional with deep proficiency in cloud services, software development, and GenAI application lifecycle management at scale. Julio conceived the Ideation Discipline System™, developed the curriculum, and built the program’s strategic and financial framework from the ground up.
As the vision took shape, it attracted a co-founder who brought complementary expertise in security, privacy, and project management — strengthening the program’s operational infrastructure and data integrity model, and opening doors to new partner relationships across the region. Together, they are building the Central Coast’s first GenAI micro-business incubator designed specifically for community college students.
