You bring the thing that keeps breaking. A contractor loses Tuesday afternoons to supplier-email digs. A grower keeps compliance records in three filing cabinets and a foreman’s memory. We scope it, staff it with supervised integrators, and measure what changed in the terms you already use to run the business.

- Test before committing. Put the idea in front of a real person, and adjust when they tell you it misses the point.
- Direct the tool. Know the work well enough to say what the agent must never do, what it escalates, and what context it needs to operate correctly

SMV Tech has spent more than a decade building the entrepreneurial ecosystem of the Santa Maria Valley. Its trailheads carry that work into the industries the valley already has, in Ag and Food, Manufacturing, Aerospace, and Main Street. The Incubator is not one of those trailheads. It sits underneath them, providing the AI integration founders in those industries reach for, and the proof-and-measurement function that shows whether any of it moved the numbers.
